help i am waiting on a call from the instructions ppl for my pc cos there is no sound?

i need a sound card but can some1 tell me what info they will need off me

Well if you are looking for your sound card information, you go to start -> all programs -> accessories -> system tools -> system information. The information on your sound card should be listed there.

Another thing you can do is control panel>system information (or just system) then 2-3 tab device manager.
