Well, recently one of my client (a big retailer) approached me for a new position in their team. At the sametime, I m applying another job that I really want, but that one the chance is not as high as the first one, cuz it is open to everybody. I m thinking if i should just accept the former one first and still go for interview of the second one. Pay maybe similar, but the later one can give me a better title. Both co are big, first one is a very established team, the second one is kind of like newly created position, mean this will be a very harsh job. If I accept the first one but later one turn it down for another job, is it no good? cuz that client I have known for some time and their name is big in the field i m working. what should i do?

I wouldn't worry about the title. Many companies, banks and mortgage companies love to give people fancy titles with very little pay. The first company sounds like the better choice and if you decide to leave them later on, as long as you give them a couple of weeks notice there should be no hard feelings.

first you go with the one that will hire you...and the one that hires you with the most money...don't take the lesser job..forget titles..go for the money
