1) world shortage of POPPADOMS
2) they may not be able to raise good cricket teams.....actually that already happened as both are out of world cup
3) all the UK,s call centers are in India and as well as not understanding them because their dialect and quietness of voice we would not be able to get frustrated talking to them about our problems because they would be out squabbling

They have nuclear weapons. The US and Europe need friendly relations with both, so if tensions escalate, we would be caught in a bind. These have been third world countries which have come far and now have dynamic economic and political activity.

As well as territorial tensions there are religious tensions and these are always less inclined to be solved rationally.
They have a history of clashes and terrorism.
