In Civil War #6 he was in his Classic costume. What happened to the costume Iron man gave him? Since he changed sides, did he throw it or something?

his costume was heavily damaged when he changed sides and joined Captain America's underground he was almost killed and was found by the punisher and brought to Captain America, he then decided to fight as he always has with his traditional blue and red pajamas.
