If you feel at risk of harming yourself , you can go to Accident & Emergency - they have staff on duty who will be able to help you.
There is lots of advice and information about suicide at: http://www.supportline.org.uk/problems/suicide.php
You can phone the Samaritans on 08457 90 90 90 or Supportline on 020 8554 9004.
For me, the only think I can do when I am in that 'danger zone' is to sleep. I have to go to bed and shut out the world till I feel a bit stronger. As a recovering alcoholic who has tried to drink herself to death several times, I urge you, please do not drink. Just curl up in bed and try to sleep. Count until you sleep, sing yourself to sleep - thats what I do.
You can get through this, just focus on getting through this moment. Distraction sometimes works - the only thing that ends my panic attacks is cleaning. Try and stay away from anything that could trigger bad thoughts or urges - you know where you are safest - stay there.
Exercise helps some people, could you walk it off till you feel a little better?
Please try and avoid reaching for that bottle. Do you think you may have a drink problem? If you do, one place that I find really helps me is http://stepchat.com/ - they have Alcoholics Anonymous chat rooms, its kept me sober through some bad times.
If you think I may be able to help or if you want any more specific advice, just ask and I'll do my best.
You do not have to cope alone, if you want to talk to some pick up the phone. Best wishes x

The only thing I can suggest is to talk to your doctor, trusted friends and family members, or make an appointment with a mental health professional. Whatever it is, you should not have to deal with this news alone. Drinking may seem like the only way to deal with your problem but in reality it's the worst thing to do. There are always other alternatives.
One other thing you may want to try is keeping a journal of all the negative thoughts and feelings you're keeping bottled up. Once you've filled up every page, read them. Then, if you have a fireplace in your house, throw the journal into the flames. Say a little prayer if you must. Don't let suicide be the only solution. It could do more harm than good.

STOP!!
i know you must feel really bad at the moment and although you think that drinking yourself silly is gonna help with this situation believe me its not.
i have been there, done that, got the t- shirt and come out the other side.
i tryed to end my life after my father was killed last year it was like someone closing the shutters on my life which before was a happy one and ripping out my heart. i thought that doing this would make everything that much easier for me and never stoped to think of how it would affect other people around me. i have since spoken to my family, a counsellor and friends and with there support i have managed to get through and am now living life to the fullest extent i can and life is getting better i know probably sounds a bit of a cliche but honestly it is better to face your problems head on rather than run from them it will be difficult and wont be easy but you dont have to do it alone.
i think you should talk to someone about your situation before you do anything rash. it doesnt have to be someone close to you if you dont feel comfortable with that why dont you try talking to someone from an advise line like the samaritans who offer an ear for you and you dont have to give you name if you dont want to
i hope everythin goes well for you

The worst i are transforming into is an F on a math test, besides the fact that the worst grade for a complete attractiveness is a B. I mean I won a C in international history as quickly as, besides the fact that it actually grew to become into as quickly as ideal on a boost report and then I presented it as much as a B. the great? A+!

just don't. remember that there are people in the world that love you and would miss you deeply if you ended your life. if you feel so bad that you really do feel that it is the only thing you can do then you will have to talk to someone about it. there are people who have been trained to help others that feel the same way as you do. i am a christian so i will pray to god that he will save you and give you the strength to hold on to your life. you never know what might be around the corner and what is planned for your life. good luck and i hope to see more questions on here from you in the future. xxx <3 <3

To me the worst news ever, would be that I have some illness that can't be cured and I will die of it. Other than that, however bad the news is, if you still got your health, it can't be that bad. I hope you find yourself a way of coping. Alcohol will make things worse. When I drink to forget my troubles, alcohol can actually make it worse for me and I feel even bad. Only drink when you know you'll be at a good party with good friends to cheer you up.

Im so so very sorry you feel so bad, please do NOT harm yourself, perhaps you could phone Samaritans and talk to someone. They are trained to listen and advise and a trouble shared is a trouble halved, nothing can be so bad that can't be remedied. there is an old proverb which goes "Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday and all is well" I hope you will overcome this burden, I will remember you in my prayers, God Bless You +

Call 911 or Check in to your local hospital and get a psych review. Its worth a 3 day stay. Ending it all is not the right thing to do. Whatever IT is, you still have a life ahead of you, even if you believe its too long or too short.
Besides, why end it all now? Everyone knows how to die. Its living that counts.

I would like to think there is a "help line" located somewhere in your city that you can phone and speak to trained professionals. If this can't be located easily, then get yourself RIGHT NOW to your closest hospital , into the Emergency Room and just go up to the first nurse at the desk and tell them you are having suicidal thoughts They will take you right in. Do not wait and think any more, ok? Please act immediately to help yourself
