If not, was she ever pregnant in real life and she just hid it very well?

Her character was pregnant, but had a miscarriage. The actress who plays Carrie, Leah Remini, was pregnant in real life, and they just did their best to conceal her belly.

She was pregnant on the show but miscarried. Not sure about the 2nd part

u like King of Queens!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!me 2 but i dont think carrie is pregnant.
