The membership in his terror organization has tripled (CIA figures) since the start of the war in Iraq, so my guess is he would vote for the Republicans.

This really means nothing as someone like Bin Laden cares nothing about us or our political leanings. But to classify him as a conservative is wrong in the way we are talking on this forum. We see conservative as Republican. Bin Laden has no issues that he and Republicans agree on. Bin Laden belief is in a world that has been gone for a thousand years and he see nothing of greatest in our type of world or political dialog.

Well since he gave Bush a check for $250,000.00 for his 2000 campaign - I think that he would vote Republican.
And the reason why Bush stopped looking for him was that Bin Ladens check cleared the bank!

PS Using labels like "liberal" or "conservative" to describe him are totally misplaced. Both of them assume a basic adherence to modern, Western traditions, which bin Laden does not share.
It's like arguing whether Neanderthal man preferred automobiles or mass transit. He'd have had only slightly less experience with those than bin Laden has with liberalism or conservatism as we use the terms.

The reality he wants both of us DEAD.

I don't think Bin Laden is pro-democracy. However if he had to he would probably vote Repub. so he could continue his "Jihad" against the West.
