Probably 6-7 times a day. When I wake up, when ever we are on the phone, any time one of us leaves to go anywhere, and when we go to bed. And sometimes for no reason.

A reasonable person should have better things to do than be thinking about declaring "i love u" a thousand times a day. What matters most is loving a loved one and not multiple decalation of it.
