I tried turning it on and it only gave me the low battery thing, and when i plugged it in it wont charge! (the iTunes thing didn't pop up! yes, I'm sure that i have iTunes)
what do i do?! I think I'm going insane! >.<

well actually now its charging but the iTunes thing STILL hadn't popped up...

Your battery is too low to register on your computer. Reset you ipod by cutting your ipod on and off. Then press the menu button and the center circle for about 6- 10 seconds until the apple symbol pops up. Then plug your ipod into your compuetr and let it charge for about an hour. Hope that helps.

go on your computer and open itunes.
