How come Sharon and the 6th didn't hear the music?

The final 5 are a different type of Cylon than the original 7. We'll have to wait until next season to find out what makes them different.

I think that the "music" was what these models needed to come to self-realization. Since the other models knew that they were Cylons already, they didn't NEED to hear music.
For those who think that the "Hendrix"/"Clapton" (Actually Bob Dylan's “All Along the Watchtower”) wouldn't be played to Cylons, I posit that the producer's did not have any intentions beyond that they needed the music to realize that they were Cylons.
I mean, you DON'T think that next season they're gonna say: "Oh, I knew we were heading towards Earth 'cuz we all heard Dylan", do you?

I doubt that those 4 you saw are 'cylons'. The final '5' are something else. I mean come on...
'cylons' tapped into Jimi Hendrix tunes? Never happen.

I don't think the 4 hearing the Hendrix/Clapton song are actually cylons like the writers are leading us to believe. I think they are somehow connected to Earth.
