I'm atleast 75% sure that i'm smarter than a first grader.

Yes i am smarter then a fifth grader, my i.q. is 145 and there's are only on average 110, but they might be smarter on that show ( the average adult has an i.q. of 100, making the average fifth grader 10% smarter then them). So i guess the people statistacly are not as smart as them, but there are certianly a lot of people smarter then a fifth grader out there. Personally I think this show is all rigged or the people have to take a dumb test to make sure they won't win.

Well, I'm smarter than I was as a fifth grader. There was a beautiful lady on the TV game show the other day that looked almost exactly like Barbara Lawton, the Lt. Governor of Wisconsin. She was very smart, probably nearly as smart as Barbara Lawton, Lt. Governor.
I know for a fact that my 9 y/o son, in the fourth grade, can sill learn from me, and I'm quite surprized by how often I can learn from him. So, on the whole, I'm maybe in the top 20% of 5th graders, assuming it is a good public school.
I have a Master's degree from a very good Public University in the Midwest.

I am most certainly smarter than a 5th grader. Those people on that show are paid to be that stupid. That is what the show is. People honestly cannot know how many sides a trapezoid has, now can they? Or have trouble figuring out with five times two is. That show was kinda funny at first and then it just got annoying because the people ACTED so dumb.

Most of the time, but those kids are currently studying the material. I've been out of 5th grade for years so there's no way I could have all that info freshly stored in my memory.
I am definitely smarter than any contestant I've seen so far. How embarrassing for them!

I'm smarter than the average 5th grader. But the 5th graders on that show are on mental sterroids. i'm definately not smarter than them.

i am way smarter than a 5 grader. i personally think the adults on that show are faking it. i mean, on one episode, he asked the adult what
5 x 2 is and the person didn't even know....i'm pretty sure everybody knows their math facts.

I think I am, and I am certainly a lot smarter than the adult contestants on the show! It's a wonder some of them know how to get out of bed and dress themselves!!

I watched this show and missed some of the questions. It's been more years than I'd like to admit since I've been in 5th grade...
