Used to do that when I was young. Not a good Idea as I ended up with stomach problems when I got older. Believe me it is not worth it.

anything that makes funny noises is the norm in my household. they come back up as really loud burps don't they hehe

All it sound like is your body is passing a subtle cold, if it consists for a few more days then go in to see your doctor.
