I love women and before 4 month I tell her that I love her she tell me FORGET IT and I still love her i think she love me too now she is doing many nice thing to me (bring chocolate, sweet things) she is my colleague in work she try to do all my work never when I ask her for help she refuse
And really I love her and don't want to loose her

Don't say "I love you" again. She told you to forget it. But the next time you see her, say "You know that thing I told you a while back? I still feel the same way. I just wanted you to know." and leave it at that. If she loves you back, she will say so because she knows you're still interested, but if she's not interested, she can ignore what you said without the words being there.

You have just two options:
1) Keep wondering, whether she has had a change of heart or is it something else.
2) Ask her again. If you don't want to say it straightaway, try saying it with actions. Give her a couple of subtle hints. If she understands and responds - Good. Otherwise, you will have to ask her.
