I'm guessing that you're talking about the toolbar in Internet Explorer. That being the case just go to VIEW/TOOLBARS and click on STANDARD BUTTONS. That should bring it back for you. If you're using some other browser you might check the VIEW/TOOLBARS pulldown menu as well, but they might be called something other than STANDARD BUTTONS.

Good luck.

You can try installing a new version of Internet Explorer. It will import all of your favorite sites and everything from the old explorer.

You can also try doing a system recovery, but back up all of your personal data ( word documents, pictures, etc.) first.
The system recovery re-installs the factory shipped applications to the computer and will definitely fix the problem.

If you have Firefox - Go View --> Toolbars -->> Navigation Toolbar

If you have IE - Go View --> Toolbars -->> Menu Toolbar

Or try right clicking up at the top where it SHOULD be and selecting one of the options that comes up. That'll work in both Firefox and IE
