I'm not a 'gym person' at all, but when I have been, I love the rowing machine.
My legs are not only my best asset, but the strongest part of my body.
Honestly, the fastest results I ever had from exercise was:
After just 2 weeks of walking along the beach through knee high water for an hour, about 5 times a week.

The soda machine. I get diet sodas so I can sit and think about how much weight I'm losing by not drinking the sugary kind. (Sorry, couldn't resist) Acually I don't go to the gym. I run and walk.........and work.

The treadmill, twice a week for 30 minutes. It makes me feel good after every time. It's great for endurance and cardio.

Lifting weights below the age of sixteen isn't advised - because of the fact your muscle tissue heavily isn't completely stepped forward till then. you may not extend muscle tissue that have not thoroughly stepped forward yet - or you would be able to desire to reason issues.

The elliptical. It is low-impact on the knees & ankles unlike a treadmill.

the treadmill at 3.5---3.5 for 50 minutes, you have to move your hand great ab work out. I also like the free weights however to many pick up lines thrown at you in there.

the bicycle, I'm lazy, if I must exercise I at least prefer to be seated. I can stay on there for hours.
