We've met with that group and they've been apprised of the upcoming changes to be implemented.

"We had a meeting with that group, and they are aware of the changes we will be implementing." has a better flow to it, and says the same thing.

We met with the group and they are aware of the implemented changes ???

Or you could just add (a) between had and meeting!!

Good luck!

too wordy...you can say more with fewer words.

No need for "already" or any adverb in this note.

omission of "a"..."a"meeting. It would be more concise to state..."We met with...."

Hopefully the group was "made aware of the changes..." Time will tell. Why not "..,to inform them..."

We met with the group to inform them of our changes.

Sounds good, just need to add a "a" between "had" and "meeting". So it should say " We already had a meeting..."
