That the whole thing is a sociological experiment being performed by the Dharma Group, that all these people were manipulated into being on the plane at the same time, that the crash was intentional, that Ben and the Others are actually part of the Dharma Group, which explains why they know so much about everyone; that Jack's father isn't dead, but is a part of the whole thing, and that Michael and Walt aren't really back in the "real world" but hidden somewhere on the Island.

Well - at first I thought they were in some kind of parallel universe like the twilight zone or something but now I am just as lost and confused as the people on the damned island.
I have no idea where these writers are going with this story but I hope that they will answer more questions to put this puzzle together
