If riding it is completely out of the question, phone some haulage companies in the Bath area, ask if they have anything going to or near Aberdeen that they could add a motorbike to (or hauliers in Aberdeen that might have a lorry around Bath). Otherwise look on eBay, there are people who advertise bike delivery services (sometimes called things like "man with a van") who may be able to help.

The thing about breaking down 5 miles from there is the cheapest. Take out an insurance policy with ebike insurance, they are cheap as shite and give free breakdown recovery with TPO policies. Just have a policy over 14 days then do it.
Other than that ebay has loads of ppl that do this for a living. I had a moped brought to me from Saxmundham in North Suffolk to Hayes near Heathrow Airport (about 110 miles) for £110 so you'll be looking at alot there

Bath to Aberdeen is about 480 miles.
Assuming it's a mid or large capacity machine, you'll be looking at around £40-ish in fuel to ride that distance.
Absolutely nothing else will be anywhere near as cheap...

'Break down' about 5 miles out on your 'journey' from Bath to Abereen and have your breakdown resuce people take it the rest of the way. It worked for me!
