It has it all as far as I am concerned! Beach, night life, city life, businesses, etc.. Also I went and looked at some appartments and the price was really reasonable!

Port Isabel, Texas is 10 minutes from South Padre Island it is a small community but filled with awsome people.. Brownsville, Texas is a middle to larger city with beaches and about 25 minutes from South Padre Island...and it is very inexpensive to live here ...ssshhhh dont tell anybody it will be our little secret

I am all about Myrtle Beach.....I want to move there myself. It is in South Carolina, near the top of the state. I go every year on vacation, so I know it is affordable. It is very touristy so the the population swells during some months and is perfect during others. Plenty of public beach access.....
