I use my pinky for balance to keep my hand from falling off the mouse I use with my computer.

left pinky: to type 1, Q, A, and Z
right pinky: to type +,_,], ', and /
(I think--never really got into touch typing that much in high school, only really got into typing with computers/word processing)
