I think you might want to mention you started your period, if you have any questioned about your menstrual cycle. I would write them down before you go see your doctor. If your anxious about talking to the doctor, you could have your mom be in the room with you. Hopefully, your mom already talked to you about your menstrual cycle. :)

A lot of places will put it on the forms you fill out before going back to see the Doctor.. if it isn't and they don't ask just be sure to tell them(even if not a gyno, regular doctors need to know that your body has progressed that way). They may want to know more, but I assure you this is to make sure all is in order and for future visits should anything come up.
Don't get worried about any of it sweetie, it happens to all of us ladies!
If you haven't told your mom then you will want to do that to.=)

yes, they will ask you if you have started your period. if they dont u should tell your doctor anway. it isnt something to be shy about. 10 is not that early. i got my first period when i was almost 15! there are a wide range of ages that you can get your period in. dont be shy to tell the doctor. remember, he is there to help you, just like a policeman!

Relax. I went through the same thing as you. Just go to the doctor and if they ask, then tell them 'yes' . If you are uncomfortable and have a male doctor, just tell your nurse ahead of time. I was 11 when I got mine and when I went to the doctor's I was fine. It really isn't a big deal!

They might not ask, depending on your age. If you are uncomfortable about speaking about it to a male doctor, mention that to the nurse. They will be able to answer any questions that you may have about it.

They should, but if they don't you need to tell them. It is important for your doctor to know about your menstruation cycle, and he/she will recommend different things for you.
