When i was younger i saw this movie about a girl. she wasnt very popular but she met this lady with a crystal ball who changed her into somebody everybody liked. She got the guy and everything but only because of that lady. The lady was short and had a squeaky voice. I remember one scene, the popular boy took her to an abandoned house and there were sunflowers all around.

I loved that one when I was a kid
Teen Witch! It had one of the Darrins from Bewitched in it.
