Where is a good place for me to go for post-secondary education?

I'd like to work in publishing (of books) and I would like to remain in Canada.

I've taken every course that I thought would help me with my career goals. I'd like to major in English and minor in social sciences of some sort.

My location preference isn't because of my liking of Canada (though I do love it here), it's because my mother has threatened to move if I attend schooling that far away, and I don't want her to move -.-

Universtiy of Wyoming and I know you said Canada but it is cold like Canada and a really good school it is small and quiet.. fairly cheap to live there also especially in the dorms and a good variety of people on campus believe it or not..
