First and foremost, I would say we should blame powerful people - people who govern and people who own the biggest companies...and then us also.
Those in charge determine the future of all people in all countries. The bigger the country is, the bigger influence can the country have and the bigger profit too. These people decide about the poorest ones.
Then there are supermarkets like etc. Tesco and many others which influence us through advertisment quiet significantly and we buy products from them and so we support the poverty in developing countries - these supermarkets buy everything form developing countries for cheap and so they cheat those poor people.
And also it is ourselves who cause the poverty because we have got more than we really need. Ex. in every household in Britain there are approximately twoTVs. Would one not be enough? What about sending money to poor children instead of buying the second TV?

I remember in the 40 being asked to take a penny to school to help the starving children in Africa. All these years later it is still happening despite how many millions are poured into these places. I think corrupt government seize any help we give and use it to control these unfortunate people. Until the governments in the poorest countries are sorted out all the money in the world will not solve this problem.

I don't know. But i want to know why, when they know they are starving, do they continue to reproduce and bring more starving babies into the world just to watch them die?
I know that some parts of the world give food etc but a form of birth control would definately ease the situation a little.
Not being cruel. Just practical minded.

All of the lazy and selfish people in the world.
Humans rights groups.. We should disable women from getting pregnant @ a young age. Then we should require that them and their spouse take a test before the couple can conceive a child. Everywhere I go I see people who arn't fit to raise kids.
I don't know the statistics but I'm sure a large majority of kids are born into poverty. I know I was one of them.

Because the governments of these countries are too invested in their own wealth, instead of their own people. People who run governments in any country only care about their well being, and could care less about the underdog. They are greedy and selfish!

All of us who are doing better. All of us should be doing more to stop this. Corrupt and selfish politicians get most of the credit though as they are the ones stopping help from reaching its destination.

I blame the parents. If you can't feed your kids, you shouldn't have them. That being said, I would still want to help people control the size of their families with effective, affordable birth control.
