Sent the package to Tanya & him.

You can eliminate the name from each sentences and see if the sentences make sense. Examples:

1. Please give I your undivided attention. (NO)
2. Me are going to set a meeting date. (NO)
3. Carol told he the good news. (NO)
4. Send the package to him. (YES)

# 1
this is why though because I think you should understand why...
A pronoun can replace a noun or another pronoun. You use pronouns like "he," "which," "none," and "you" to make your sentences less cumbersome and less repetitive.
So, # 2 there is me and when replaced with a pronoun it would have been I
#3 they use he but the sentence does not make sense.
and #4 Also misuse of a pronoun same as #3

only number four is right -
in number 1, it should be me not I. This is because if you took out Paul, it should read please give ME your undivided attention. It would not make sense to say please give I your undivided attention
2 should be jacob and i
3 should be him
