my boyfriend was in a car crash last year and our insurance payed the other driver even tho it was the other drivers fault will my boyfriend be able to get any compensation do you think if he goes to a different solicitor any reccomendations any advice please

An insurance co will only pay out to recover your cost's NOT TO GAIN from the accident as you do not give anymore details it's hard to say Sorry!!

Try Criminal Injuries Compensations Board, I got knocked down last year and got 2000.00
