Ask your doctor for a liver function test (blood test).
I was itching like mad at 7 months and diagnosed with a condition called obstetric cholestasis, which in short, a condition that affects your liver, due to build up of bile and lactic acids reacting with pregnancy hormones. It's difficult to explain here, but please ask your doctor asap to check you for it. Itching is usually the only sign of this condition. Please don't panic, I had it and my bub is a happy healthy one year old now with no probs, but this sounds very familiar and needs your attention. Good luck.

try an oatmeal bath. put uncooked oatmeal in an older sock (one that you don't mind tossing in the trash). let the filled sock get soaking wet in a tub of water then soak and rub the sock all over your body. rinse off in the shower afterwards and pat yourself dry.
if you buy body lotions look for one with oatmeal !
i have used this "recipe" for hives, chicken poxs... ANY skin irritation on myself and my kids. HOPE IT HELPS YOU! i'm 36 weeks pregnant and KNOW how the end of pregnancy just sucks the life out of you! :)

Oatmeal bath, if it is really all over the body,
if only belly use extra moisturising lotions (cocoa butter is good, olive oil works just as well for me)

E45 Anti-Itch cream is a godsend. I haven't used it in pregnancy but I used to use it on my calves and shins and it is brilliant.
