It All starts with you and who you are ...your heart your time it all ties in together if one is off then you can feel blue..
Ok so instead of looking around look at yourself within tell your self something positive or attempt to be positive in certain ways,,,
Find spirituality within yourself and let go just find the peace let it all be your mistakes your past your hurt and the pain it will come in time..just let it go//
find truth in your heart and who you were meant to be and dedicate yourself to it don't let the outside world influence you for they can not see what they do not understand.. so ignore them..
i know they can bring you down..take time on your own to figure it out it requires allot of time alone and not with others to find peace among them you have to have peace within
Life is full of ?"s
But the truth is just one..
Whats in you?
it makes you who you are and what you become..
those who want to make it will seek change and not fear it...
I find myself spending alot of time alone these days but the truth is that when i am the happiest..
It is when we are at peace our hearts can rest..
Balance between life and you..
Don't let life take you and know you can not take it..
and one more thing i don't know what you believe in but know there is a higher truth then you and me..
we are not left alone here.. so why should be?
So in other words don't rely on yourself to do all of this you must have strength and it must come from somewhere else..
find it find the source of your strength and you will get what you seek...
You inner peace..

Hi Liza
This is a massive guess, but could it be you are aged somewhere between 13 and 20 years of age?
I ask because Western societies seem to be pretty awful at understand what happens to young people whilst they're going through adolescense - and as a consequence do next to nothing to help them to deal with a situation that can be quite distressing (especially if you don't know what's going on), even though it is comparatively short-lived (things start getting progressively better from about age 15-16 onwards).
At around age 10-11 our brain starts pruning itself (literally getting rid of some of the connections between the neurons) and then starts to rebuild itself. That in itself is pretty damn confusing, and maybe also helps to explain why young people talk about needing to "find themself."
Next the body chemistry goes through some major shifts. Like our sleep pattern moves forward by anything up to 3 hours (so you may not feel like going to bed until 1 or 2 o'clock in the morning, and you don't feel like waking up until 10 or 11 o'clock in the morning). But do schools make an allowance for this entirely natural process? Not on your life! You're expected to be ready to roll in two or three hours before your body is ready.
You can find out the details of these facts, and many more, in a book called "Why are they so weird?" by Barbara Strauch.
Could be a big help just to know that you aren't the only person having to put up with this stuff.

Honey, you can not. I hate to need to inform you this, however sexual orientation is not a alternative. Austin is proper. As a bisexual male (like him), I recognise for a truth that you just can not aid whom you are drawn to. I imply, I bet should you've NEVER been with a lady for your lifestyles, probably you'll take a look at it. Otherwise, should you believe no enchantment to ladies or sexual wish whatever however to men alternatively, then you are homosexual. While it MAY be feasible you are "simply going by way of a segment", the chances of which might be astronomical, as being homosexual is not often ever a segment. Since you are 18 years historical, I anticipate you are nonetheless in prime university. If that is the case, then I will inform you that prime university does not final eternally. College almost always has extra liberal, open-minded scholars, as good as folks that effectively simply do not care. Don't get me flawed although: homophobia will also be discovered in any nook of the globe, however what I imply is that institution scholars are much less prone to bully you due to the fact they're probably too busy learning for his or her categories to care. Also, whenever you get to institution, assess out the businesses. You would possibly discover a homosexual-immediately alliance there, and you can make many peers there who will take delivery of you for who you're.

Hello... I follow the priciples of the Buddhist though I am not a Buddhist. Three things to know: 1. The world is suffering
2. The cause of all suffering is desire
3. You can choose to desire and deal with the consequences or choose not to desire
You desire to be a better person in your eyes. Start again today. Forgive yourself of your past. Try and try again Finnigan, never give up!
I've actually had people tell me they hate me because I seem not to care about anything (they don't really hate me because otherwise they wouldn't hang around me so much, they just say that). It also seems everything goes my way. I shrug my shoulders to that because I could be happy living under a bridge.

You need to examine why you feel worthless and like a disappointment. Than take the time to fix what is making you unhappy.
No one can tell you how to be happy. Happy is relative.

Happiness increases when divided. Find unfortunate people in hospitals or poor homes. Help them sincerely. You spread happiness and the happiness will fill your life. Help sincerely, not mechanically. Above all believe in God.
