What lead up to Angela's firing?

Frank Tim and Nicole were laying out on the chase lounge chairs drinking beers and talking about being the final three.
Then Trump calls and asks james to send somebody over to the other team but nobody wants to go so he winds up selecting Nicole who is angry that he chose her.
The next day they are told that the teams must go to the amusement park and sell tickets and the most tickets win.
Tim gets the boys to set up a tent and make it look like they are officious.
Angela gets to be team leader but Nicole tells her exactly what the other team will do and she is correct. Nicole's thought is to mobilize te team on rollerskates and beat them to the customers and to dress sexy so as to steal customers.
The next day thing go as planned but they are stuck in the same location and that makes for a head on head battle.
Tim sets up tables to block off the girls while James is using a megaphone to tell customers not to buy from the girls and says he is giving away free water. Then Tim cuts in on Nicole and tells a customer that he can get them a better deal than Nicole. James does a similar thing to Heidi and Frank does the same thing to Kristine.
In the end Arrow wins 31,000 to 24,000, as the girls cry foul.
Arrow gets to go on a helicopter ride.
Angela tells Kristine she is going after Nicole.
Nicole tells Tim he should have stuck up for her when James picked her. He could not see why. The rest of the girls are telling him she has it for him.
James is talking to his team about the boardroom and going after the rollerskating idea. Tim wants him not to go after Nicole. Stefani doesn't think it matters and neither does Frank. Tim walks outside and tell Nicole every thing then lies to Arrow about what he just said.
At the boardroom, Angela blames the loss on the roller skates. Nicole defends herself saying she told Angela what the guys would do and they did that and she suggested the skates and it wasn't enough. Angela said the skates put them at a tactical disadvantage and that the other side played dirty.
Ivanka didn't see it as fighting dirty. Trump saw it as being competitive. No one got into specifics and James was there hammering on the girls about not trying hard enough.
Meanwhile Trump is telling Nicole if she has feelings for Tim she should dump him because he did not stick up for her when she was sent to the other team. The girls and Ivanka all agreed. Ivanka was saying now you know what it is like to be me.
Then comes the survey and Heidi says Angela was in charge so she should go. Nicole says the same and finally Kristine agrees.
Trump give Angela a chance to speak her peace as James is saying as the leader if things aren't working you have to change them. She can not come up with a better defense than the skating idea held us back, so Trump fired her.
On the way out, nIcole told Trump he should send Tim over so that she could tell him what Trump said.
Angela and Kristine cried as Angela had to leave and the show ended as she had her confessional.

i assumed it replaced into good he helped out the pple on the line and of direction trump had 2 strengthen the wrestlemania head shaving (he's not probable meant 2 do something cuz the pple they convey in to the boardroom are in basic terms there for information)

Angela got fired.Donald Trump gave her many chances to save herself verbally,but she wouldn't put up a fight.He said he wished she would fight for herself because he didn't want to fire her.
