I feel sorry for the guy. If I was him I would resign. Who would want to be in a situation like that of control.
A choice to sleep with the boss's daughter or to be fired? Are you serious?? This is how your company treats people? He could get you back for sexual harassment. And he should.

That's how I would work my way up the company ladder. Why don't you keep his undies, as a sort of a reminder, and bring them up in your next conversation with him, ..of course, after you slept with him.
