I keep them. I put them there for a reason and that reason doesn't change when they get suspended.

I keep them, and when I find them again I add them back. The ones I know, who are on my contact list, are probably the same ones many of us have.

Um... In Answers? Dragon hasn't been around berry much lately, so she hasn't had a chance to add or remove anyone from her Answers Network. But on 360, she will delete someone if their ID comes up as [deleted].

It depends on why they were suspended. I really don't need my kids checking into my friends and finding all sorts of bad words, sexual references, etc.
