I usually take a drive in the short bus down some country roads or something. Something about riding with all those windows open and the bus not being full of retards lets me work things out so I can better deal with them.

Get over or die unhappy is what I always say. In the grand scheme of things, very little is worth keeping us unhappy, stressed out, etc. Decide to let it go or to forgive. Praying helps. If it involves another person, tell them you forgive them - no matter how corny. Your blood pressure and your level of future bitterness will thank you someday!

Unfortunately, I don't. I usually keep it inside and try to resolve it rationally. Most of the time, I can't though. Just the way my mind works!

Take a deep breath, relax, and throw yourself into something that takes your mind off everything else (a good book, drawing, etc).

I call their Grandfather to come get them and take them to lunch. Or I propose an early nap time.

I just decide in my mind it's not worth the trouble and then release it.
