What do u do when a scorpio has caught u?

Question

I have been dating this scorpio for almost a yr now and im falling in love with him. However, we had a talk and of course im not fully trusted yet (because he dosen't want to get his feelings hurt). He stated that he does have strong feelings for me but he try's not to think about them to avoid any problems that may occur once gives in to his feelings for me (put in my own words). He knows that i have strong feelings for him and neither one of us are dating other people or having sex with other people. Should I tell him that I love him and he dosen't trust me yet? Or just wait till he says it to spare my feelings?

okay...i know his traits and im a pisces. i want to know if im wasting my time telling him i love him when the ball is in his court?

Honesty is very important to Scorps.
Physical chemistry is also high on the list.
To play it safe, wait for him to come out with everything.
Don't force it. Often times when that happens,Scorpios
will "retreat underground". We almost NEVER give a false
