we love each other a lot. My friend also love the same guy. He told me he already had a physical relation with her. But he only love me. I can't live without him. But i also cant see my friend's pain. Help me what shall i do? i can live without my friend but cant live without him.

You need to ask yourself a few questions: If he loves you so much, why is he still seeing your friend? If he loves you, has he taken the time to discuss this honestly with your friend? If not, why is he waiting and why is he leaving it up to you to break the news to her? Is he trying to develop a secret affair with you and deceive your friend? It's possible that he does have some interest in you, but it could be that he enjoys having both of you desiring him. If you feel so strongly, speak to your friend. Tell her how you feel. Brace for the response. Hopefully this guy will not turn his back on you and deny that he said he was interested in you. Hopefully, your friend won't hate you. But you did say you could live without her, but not this guy. Good luck.

Hoes before Bros...chances are that this guy wont be sticking aroud forever..But if you really need to be with him despite the pain that it will cause your friend..(which the pain will be great and the loss of two people will make it worse) then you need to go about it in the proper way.
You need to sit down with your friend and in the nicest way possible explain to her what is going on..tell her you didnt mean for it to happen and nothing has happened between you two but you thought she deserved to know.
She will be mad and very hurt...probably wont speak to you for a verly long time...which I hope would affect you because how long have you known her and how long have you known him? remember friends last forever and guys come and go..Chose carefully and think wisely...best of luck

My best advice is if you allow this type of man to follow a pattern with you, you will surely always be second place with the men you chose. In other words you will accept less then and men will treat you accordingly. He doesnt love you trust me, he wouldnt have slept with your friend. You can live without him. You have to see what kind of man you are in love with. And that type of man is a total low life creep. Get a man that loves you and only you, anything less you are setting yourself up for alot of pain in your life.

Make sure this guy isn't a player, you would be amazed what guys will say to have"physical relations". And if he is so in love with you......why hasn't he broken off his "physical relations" with her....why hasn't he talked to her:?
