I have this summer job wherein my friend hooked me up in this company her mom owns. Now, i work with her and she's SUCH A SPOILED BRAT. how do i fix that without getting fired?! remember, her mom's the owner of the whole company!!!!!

Smack the kid, and make them listen!! Parents seem like real losers.
But in your situation, Try telling the parents about the problem. If they are good parents, they will handle it. If bad parents, they will fire you. Some people just have kids, and treat them as pets. Seems you found one.

Find another job, or you'll end up causing hard feelings between yourself and your friend, and possibly get fired anyway. Is it worth it?

you cant fix it, no matter what you nned to remember that its her mom. you will either have to just except that this is reality or quit.

if the pay is good enough learn how to deal if its not then quit
