First you have do decide how you want to lift the truck you could go with a 6 in suspension lift or a 3 inch body lift and a 3inch suspension lift. Going with the body lift will be cheaper by a little but some people don't like them. Next thing is if you want big chrome rims or just plane white cheap rims do you want to stay with like a 16" rim and have cheaper tires or one of the new 20" chrome rims and high dollar low profile off road tires overall i would have to guess the cheapest you could get the job done would be 1,500-2,000 and if you wanted to go out in full show truck style then 5,000 to 10,000

I would guess approx $3500-4000 to do it right. With tires, rims and the lift kit.
