I not sure I understanding this correct.
Are the two files (700mb x 2) a part of each other as a whole? OR are they 2 separate files??
It seem to me you have 1 file on two CD's and when you just copy them in the Jump Drive it seeing these as two separate files and thus saying it Broken. What you may try; see if you can partition the jump-drive OR make a folder. Folder may work and name it what you want, then copy the 2 x 700 mb into that folder starting in order of play. OR, if these two separate 700 mb files make a folder for each. It not hurt to try.

Try first of all sending some smaller files to it, see if they copy across okay - if that all works, try sending your avi files one at a time & check after each. If there's a snag, then I'm thinking that the two avi files you're trying to send are part & parcel of something else and don't stand on their own.

I was surprised to see a 16 gb memory stick!! I didn't think they made such things. Have you tried reformatting your memery stick? Two 700 mb files is only about 1.4 gb's. Put your memory card back in the usb port, go to my computer and right click on that removable drive, and try to format it again.
