i use f secure and it just found a virus but it cant delete it so it just renamed it, is it safe to leave it how it is now or could the file still be harmfull?

try to scan ur computer in SAFE MODE , go start>run and type in msconfig choose diagnostic from th general box and restart ur computer then scan ur computer after that do not forget to do all over again but choose normal instead of diagnostic....

its still harmful, delete the file yourself or if it wont, try running in safe mode by pushing F8 when you start up and then try delete it.
