Sounds like your period is on its way! Sometimes if your period is a few days late then it can be more painful due to the lining being a little thicker. The pregnancy test is almost definitely correct and you are not pregnant. It is highly unlikely to be a false reading. All modern tests can detect pregancy accurately on the the day your period was due and are incredibly sensitive, so to be wrong when you are a few days late is highly highly unlikely. I hope thats good news!! good luck!

I've never heard of anyone having those symptoms in the very early stages of pregnancy so I don't know for sure. How late are you? Did you take the test properly? When were you last seen by a doctor? There could be any list of reasons for your symptoms but is hard to answer without knowing more details. Not trying to make you worry or anything :) just stating that there could be other reasons. I'm sure it does happen that a pregnancy test is wrong but I don't think it's very common. I would suggest calling your dr and see what they say. They might want to see you or may say wait a few days..depends on how you present your symptoms. Good luck !

It all depends. I would wait a few days and test again. It could be your period is coming on. Also depends on how LATE you are.
I've never heard of lower back pain or cramps being a sign of pregnancy though. Usually cramps and back pain means period.
But again test and see what it says.

Go to a doctor. And when you have sex use condoms or other birth control and you won't worry like this again.
