MY FRIEND TOLD ME TO GET A ROSE ON MY BREAST BUT I TOLD HER NO......THESE DD'S GET ENOUGH ATTENTION ALREADY. PLUS I FIGURED THAT WHEN I GOT OLD AND GRAVITY HAD SET IN, THAT IF I DIDN'T LIKE IT, THERE WAS ALWAYS THE HOPE THAT IT WOULD BE ON THE BOTTOM OF MY FOOT AND NOBODY WOULD SEE IT!!!

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

Yes. I got it about a year ago. Its a tattoo of the symbol of the Egyptian scribe who were powerful and respected people in Ancient Egypt. I didn't tell my family until a couple days after and then I told them I thought about it for a while before doing it. But actually I woke up that morning wanting to get a tattoo so I did. I didn't think about it which I don't recommend.

13, actually. Celtic Knot on the back of my neck, Celtic band on left arm, Green Wood Sprite above that, Claddaugh on right arm, tribal flowers and spirals around it, Celtic Love Knot just above right breast, two fairies embracing on right thigh, big Greenman on left thigh, matching tribal roses on both ankles, poison dart frog on left foot and Celtic Triple Goddess on lower back, oh, and the first one I ever got, a plain little heart on my left hand. Why? Well, simple answer "cause I wanted to." I figure, I've been give a rather dull body that doesn't draw much attention under normal circumstances, so why not add a little color and life. It's fun and I really don't care what other people think. I would love to be the "Tattooed Lady" in a sideshow someday...little more $$$ and I might be.

Yes I have two. The first I got when I was 18, just to rebel because my mother told me "no". I hate it (it is on my ankle).

The 2nd I got just a few weeks ago.. that one means something. It is an ankh on my back an Egyptian symbol meaning eternal life. It means something because my mother has had major health issues and we both got the same tattoo... because no matter what I live through her, which means she will always have eternal life.

My daughter also got the same tattoo... so three generations of girls with the same tattoo.. has meaning...

Yes, I have two.

The first I got when I was 16. It's in the top centre of my back. It's tribal but it looks kinda scary. I got it to remind me why I'm not a Christian...I didn't want to believe just cos I was afraid of hell.

The second I got when I was 18. It's on the inside of my left arm, just below the crook of my elbow. It's a pentacle (a star with a circle around it). It's very bright and very difficult to miss. Whenever someone sees it, the general responses are shock ("it's so big!" and "you're a girl, it's so unsightly!"), or some comment about Satanists or Wiccans (I am neither). Some are positive, they like the colours. Anyway I got it to emind myself not to judge people before I know them.

I have one on my shoulder of a dragon when I was 19 because I wanted a tattoo and didn't give much thought of what. My second is of a Bass Clef on my arm that I've had about a year because I play bass.

yes i do. It is a design i made myself. To me it is a dot on the time line of my life. I had just come out of a bad relationship. Reunited with some old friends. And i felt like a whole person again i felt strong and i got my self confidence back. So i put a permanent mark on that time in my life.
