But, you can't do that. At least not that I know of. Children that are born autistic show signs of being savants and that can't be taught.

Did you mean " How do you teach a child who is an autistic savant?" Your question does not make any sense.

you can't. this would be like trying to teach a person to change their race. when something is part of your genetic composition, it cannot be changed. if one's hair color is naturally red, you may dye your hair but you cannot teach your body to grow brown hair.
you can teach a child who IS an autistic savant. you cannot teach a child to BE an autistic savant.

This is not something you teach. Autism is not a learned behavior.
