I'll be getting my Bachelor's degree in May for business, specifically HR. I really want to work in an animal related field though. I am only completing this degree because I was so far in it before I realized it wasn't exactly what I wanted to do. Anyway, is there any way I can get a job in an animal related field with my business degree? The only thing I could think of was being an office manager or HR person at an animal hospital, but there aren't any large animal hospitals where I live that would employ that kind of position. Any ideas?

Open your own clinic. You might think about getting some supplemental education as a vet tech.

There are many jobs in the field working with animals. There is a book you can get on amazon.com about animal careers.

You could also do something on the side maybe be a foster parent for animals or start your own rescue group.

Go to: http://www.mypetnanny.info/PD/index.htm select shelters or rescues and find your area.

So use your HR expertise to hire some people with animal expertise. Well, maybe you could be an HR person at a zoo.
