My last period was on mar18th..i didnt get my periods till date..i have bad lower back pain..no other symp..(enlarged abdomen)
i took test sterday..there was a very very very faint positive line..can i test it again tomorrow?..will the level be increase at least a bit wen i test tomorrow, coz i dont want to waste a test if its going to show the same result...plz help!!!!

Yes, hcg levels do increase in a day.
In a healthy pregnancy, hcg levels typically double every 48-72 hours (not every 24 hours).
If you got a positive result within the proper time frame for reading the test results it doesn't matter how faint the line was. Of course, that doesn't mean you don't want to test again (and I thoroughly understand!). If you want to see a dark line your best bet is to wait a few days and allow the hcg levels to get higher. If you do want to take a test tomorrow, be sure that you don't drink a lot of fluid before bed, so that your urine is as concentrated as can be in the morning, when you test.
(For what it's worth, I've taken a ridiculous number of hpts in my day, and while a couple of days can absolutely be the difference between a "negative" and a "positive," the line (in my experience) doesn't usually go from faint to smack- you- in- the- face- obviously- glaringly- positive *that* quickly.)

faint line is still pregnant. test again tomorrow for a stronger positive.

Like everyone else has said... wait an extra day before testing. Another thing to remember is that if you're early in pregnancy, its best to test first thing in the morning as that is when the preg. hormone is the strongest.

HCG levels rise every 2-3 days id say wait 1 more day!

Even a faint line is a good sign your best leaving it a week after you miss your period. I know this is frustrating and annoying but its best. I think you've tested alittle early as its only 8days since your last period on the 28th march!!!!!!!

Try this site it will tell you exactly how fat the HCG haromonr double and how it works.But if you have a faint line you are pregnant no matter how light the line is.

It does increase everyday but it's best to wait two days before testing again.

if there is a faint positive then that means you are pregnant. But the answer to your question yes it increase everyday. You should use your early morning urine because it has more concentrate of the hormone.
