Me. I was watching the game yesterday and when Georgetown had the ball at one time, one of the players ran into one of the Tarheel players, which looked like an offensive foul and the ref didn't call it. Another time, when Georgetown and North Carolina were tied up for the ball for the second time, the refs just gave the ball back to Georgetown. I was mad about that call. Your right that the refs were biased against North Carolina in that game last night. I hate Georgetown and their coach was rude for giving the Tarheels a thumbs down during the game. I hope that the coach and his team get major butt-whopping from Ohio State for his rudeness towards North Carolina.

Teams like UNC usually seem to get the benefit of the calls in games like that. I can't believe the refs intentionally called the game in favor of the Hoyas. I think the refs are human, and they do make mistakes, but I don't believe they are biased in one direction or the other. What would be the point of that? If anything, wouldn't the NCAA sell a lot more merchandise if UNC made it to the Final Four?

UNC went to the line 34 times to GTown's 18, and the officials were calling everything UNC's way in the first half.
I think when the game got tight, they stopped calling cheap fouls and UNC didn't have the advantage they got in the first half.
Regardless, if you have a stretch were you go 1-23 from the field and are one and done almost every trip down for about ten minutes you aren't going to win.

Barkley is rather promising. a lot will matter on the O-coordinator and the schemes if Barkley gets to play, the O-line and receivers which will greater healthy into Kelly's device. Palmer replaced into an incredible QB yet due his harm and different issues on the Bengals - issues replaced. submit to in techniques Jim Plunkett ? He had little help with the Patriots which just about destroyed his occupation yet stumbled on himself with the Raiders. it particularly is greater effective than in basic terms the QB know-how - there are this sort of excellent variety of factors that must be performed out. I do desire Barkley has an spectacular occupation. i think of he's matched up with the spectacular guidance team.

really it doesn't matter since unc couldn't make A SINGLE SHOT in overtime except for what, one three at the end? now i wouldn't say that the refs were actually biased against unc, but i'll agree with there being some fouls that were not called. if i were a unc fan, i'd be angrier if unc had actually been keeping up with gtown. instead, they pulled an xavier.

Give me a break.
The question should be: "Who thinks UNC blew the game by going 1 for 23 down the stretch and throwing up a brick at the end of regulation which could have won the game?"
The Tar Heels went 1 for 23 at the end of regulation and through the first 4 minutes of overtime. Were the refs guarding them as well?
Also, they had a chance to win it at the buzzer in regulation... but they threw up a BRICK.... or was THAT the ref's fault as well?
The TarHeels shot 5-20 from 3 pt land... refs' fault?
The Tarheels have no one to blame but themselves. They sucked... big time..
Georgetown just wanted it more. And the Tar Heels totally collapsed in the Overtime period.

Hahahaha you tarheel fans are really something. Maybe you lost because you choke and you just aren't good? Maybe it's because Georgetown is made up of guys who will play all four years together and not a full team of McDonald's all-american freshman? Now I'm as big of a Hoya fan as you'll find out there, but I do give some credit to Hansbrough. The man played his game, but he cried like a little ***** after so i'd say he about evens out. I mean if you guys want to admit you suck, whatever, don't blame the refs though. You got ridiculous calls in the first half.

It wasn't just the refs. Roy Williams blew the biggest call when he didn't say "Put it in Hansbrough hands!" The guy was money that day. He should have taken the last shot in regulation.
