download VLC media player: http://videolan.org/vlc

I'd download VLC player from www.videolan.org . This player will play most files, including files that were given the wrong extension. If that doesn't work, the file was either not downloaded all the way, not fully uploaded, or encoded wrong.

What program are you using to play the concert?

Depending on the last time you updated your video player, you might need to download Divx or the newest Media Player. Are you seeing a codec error?
