i'm getting my bottom lip pierced today but idk if i should get a stud put in first, or a ring.

a stud i have my upper lip peirced and at first i was tring to decide if i should get a ring or a stud too if turns out that they will only give you a ring but i bought my own stud ( lessens the chance of getting pulled out ) soo yeah go with the stud....
P.S it will look a whole hello of alot better.....

Bottom...I`d say ring but I think they will tell you they need to pierce it with a stud then you can change it after healing.

it actually depends where ur getting it pierced at... in the center or to the side... i think if u get it on the side it should be a loop ring but on the middle it looks better with a stud... but i guess once it heals u can try bot and see which one u like better....

that`s really up to u...of course later, u can change it out so whatever u start with is not gonna be a permanent thing...i like the ring myself!!!
