Yahoo7 spyware cookies?

How come when i log on to yahoo, My spyware quarentine fills up with spyware cookies and tracking cookies?
Dosn't Yahoo scan their own system and related sites to protect their own members and users?

Not all sites scan to reject and quarantine their own spyware or cookies...cause? may be some commercial purpose involved.. above all..there is a term
named "BUSINESS"/"COMMERCE"...which is above all scans,threats, detections and quarantines.....
