I value the friendship, but i really like her ex!?

I value the friendshp, but my feelings tell me otherwise.?
i have this friend, and shes just recently been broken up with.
i really like her ex, i think he likes me too. i want to be with him, but i value my friends relationship. shed hate me if i went out with him. but do you think its fair for me to just forget about my feelings for someone just because hes a friends ex?? its not fair to me. she knows whats going on, and shes already pissed at me.

"Feelings"? Don't use that to describe it.... ether you feel this guy is the one you want to be with till the end or your really being selfish here. Honestly your putting these "feelings" ahead of how you feel about your friends "feelings" which ether means this is one heck of a guy and she is just a failure at keeping him around, or he isn't much and she isn't ether and your just looking for an easy hook up. Ether way trust me love runs deeper then a mere "feeling". And so should friendship but if your not feeling that way about your friend yea ask him out and you two leave that poor girl alone you've already trampled the heart good enough as it is.....
