I Really wish I knew your age, but in general, you not even being able to spell it correctly, your probably too young. 1st. I am answering as a former bartender of 25 years, and from what I'm told , fairly good at advice. If possible, get help from a doctor, talk to your spouse or parent for help with that, if you don't feel you can, mabey a friend or close relative, priest, teacher, or coach...someone that knows you well and you feel comfortable with. 2nd. drinking always!!!! has a negative result and will add to the depression, only temporary relief or the feeling of relief is only wishful thinking. This usually works for a lot of people:1st. try writing down your problems or thoughts out on paper or in a diary or journal, next wait a day before looking at it again, sober. Next on another paper ,make a list of people in your life that really matter to you, that you care about, or that care about you, everyone you can think of, then'write the reasons why they care about you or you, them. Read this over again, as many times as you need to. Then ,finally , write down the problems that are making you feel depressed. Then the things in your life that are good, or that make you feel good about yourself and on this one, be generous! Once you look at all of these , it seems to really help you sort out what's really important and through your list you can usually find answers or write down some things that will help. It also finds the people in your life that will want to help. People care, I do. Remember, your never alone, we walk through life with many questions, and finish it knowing all the answers, too late because we don't listen to our own senses and hearts. The answers are there ,not in a bottle of booze! Mentally, and proven fact is that it is a depressant, therefore, your only making your life worse! Good Luck!!

constant drinking eventually causes anxiety and depression
you need to drink socially like a few beers with a meal or whatever drink you like, but dont drink to get drunk. I used to drink 15 beers a day after work along with all sorts of drugs and stuff, now i cant even touch a drop, my body is sick and only just starting to heal, not to mention the intense anxiety and depression, leave the drink alone dude. You'll feel so much better , if depression dont go away see a doctor or if you have trouble giving up.

hey alcohol amplifies our moods. Or we are able to have temper swings while ingesting. some human beings get depressed, others suicidal, others returned overly chuffed, some overly friendly. Alcohol (in a point this is merely too extreme for our own methabolism yet till now inducing a knock out) on no account does something solid to us and in case you're services to depressions, dark suggestions etc you are able to greater smart abstain from too many beers... having solid pals who understand your temper swings throughout a ingesting consultation around would help if ingesting can't be prevented, in spite of if it might help in case you inspect the clarification why you get depressions. I used to have depressions i grew to become into no longer completely unawares of, yet they have been 'hidden', i did no longer properly known them so as that they got here out while ingesting, to a element the place I have been given suicidal. Now my existence is so as and once I drink - it happens at times - I actually have a tendency to be overly chuffed, friendly and intensely outgoing... ah, alcohol... possibly it grew to become into meant for us, possibly no longer. It particularly isn't too effective for us in greater desirable parts, this is shown and glaring, yet completely devoid of alcohol i do no longer think of our lives would be an analogous, and that i think of it could help us especially circumstances... inspect your self, discover the clarification of your depressions, pass after them, and you will see your existence would be distinctive as quickly as you have settled those hidden sorrows. would take your time nevertheless - my very own journey! Take care, ya!

Alcohol is a stimulant for about the first two-three drinks....after that it becomes a depressant unfortunately. Sleep will take care of it.

have a quick cold shower without soap.
then drink a cup of warm water.
and then have a good sleep.

Yes. Don't drink anymore.
If you can't imagine your life without alcohol in it, then you need AA:
