I know this may sound wierd but I sometimes plan something good but ended up not being to carry it out. Am I a pickled minded person?

No. You are fine. Your desire to do anything has to be fueled. You really want to do it or you don't.Once a decision is sound then your determination will follow through.Set a goal and do one step at a time to achieve that goal. Without those steps your efforts are futile.

I`m not sure what kind of decisions you mean, but I find it helps if you write it down, then post it in a place where you can see it daily. Also tell friends or family. This makes it harder to backslide.

The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. Unfortunately many of us suffer from this...not just you. Don't despair....if its important enough to you, you will succeed.

No it's normal but try to comprimise yourself to it and force it to happen i am the way sometimes so i make it so i have to,,,
